1. Request a copy invoice

To request a copy invoice click here, you will need your order number and the post code for your billing address.  Once correctly submitted an electronic version of your invoice will be made available to you via the e-mail address associated with your order.  Please note invoices are only available for orders that have been completed/shipped.

2. You do not appear to have replied to my question or enquiry?

All queries recorded by our query logging system are replied to via the e-mail address provided on the query log.  It may be that your e-mail provider has incorrectly identified this as spam so you may not have received the e-mail.  You can directly view the latest status of your question or enquiry by clicking here.  

3. How can I contact you if I have a question?

We have a comprehensive query logging system that can be accessed by clicking here.  As soon as your question or query is entered into our system you are provided with a reference number.  This log is then automatically allocated to a customer services representative who will action your query as swiftly as possible.

4. How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed on-line using a variety of payment methods.  Any questions relating to product specifications or existing orders should be raised by clicking here

5. How to track your order

6. Delivery outside of the UK Mainland

We are currently only able to offer delivery to the United Kingdom due to potential product liability issues.

However, we can deliver to the following locations outside of the UK mainland for an additional fee which is selectable from your shopping basket:

  • Northern Ireland
  • Isle Of Man
  • Scottish Islands
  • Isles of Scilly

7. Returns / Faults

If you have a faulty product that you wish to organise for repair you will need to contact the manufacturer, full details are usually provided with your product but some useful telephone numbers can be found on our about us page. 

If after contacting the manufacturer they authorise a replacement please contact us by clicking here and specify their authorisation number along with a brief summary of events to date and your order number and post code.
