About us

At Barmey.co.uk we try to make your on-line experience as pleasant an experience as possible.  Our business has continued to grow over the years by providing great customer service both before and after purchase. We have a wide range of experience in growing successful companies in both the traditional retail high street and on-line markets. 

Barmey.co.uk is part of a retail chain of household electrical stores in the Southwest that stretch back over 30 years.

How much stock do you hold?

The vast majority of our products are always in stock and shipped directly from our warehouse. If there is any delay in your order we will notify you immediately.

1000's of products are available directly from our well stocked distribution centre in Tonbridge Kent!

How do we manage to keep our prices so low?

We purchase in bulk at great prices and so we can pass on these savings onto our customers.  We do however invest in our customer services team to ensure we are providing an excellent service to both new and existing customers and respond swiftly to any problems or enquiries. All of our products are brand new and come with a full manufacturers warranty.

How can I contact you if I have a question or problem?

We have a comprehensive query logging system that can be accessed by entering http://www.barmey.co.uk/contactus into your internet browser.  As soon as your question or query is entered into our system you are provided with a reference number.  This log is then automatically allocated to a customer services representative who will action your query as swiftly as possible.

Can I order via the telephone?

Any questions relating to product specifications or existing orders should be raised by visiting  http://www.barmey.co.uk/contactus as per above.  However, you can place your order by phone by calling us on 0844 770 4255 Mon - Fri 10am till 4pm. 

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped you will be provided with a unique consignment number allocated by our courier.  If you visit http://www.barmey.co.uk/ordertrack  and enter your consignment number you will be able to access live tracking information (only 15 minutes behind real time).  Please note that smaller items such as vacuum bags may be shipped via Royal Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping charges are clearly displayed in the shopping basket.  To ship to locations outside the UK mainland e.g. Northern Ireland, please select the appropriate option in the shopping basket.

Many items qualify for Next Working Day delivery for an additional £3.99.  If this is available this will be clearly displayed in the shopping basket.

Recycled Packaging

Please be aware that wherever possible we recycle our packaging materials.  This could mean that your order is double packed to protect it during transit and therefore the external double outer packaging may appear different from your order.

Please note that all of the prices listed on this website are only available for purchase on-line and not from any of our retail outlets.
